Dreadful doctors took my son 4 times in a week for them to say he's fine nothing wrong, when in fact his lung had collapsed, very incompetent from nurse kam and Dr Parnell.

Initial impressions are that it is a very busy practice with a lot of patients on roll. It can be difficult to get an appointment as for this reason. Receptionists have always been friendly with me. As regards to doctors, it depends on the individual. I saw a really lovely doctor today who listened to me and didnt make me feel like I needed to get out the door as soon as possible. I guess it depends who you see. The first time I went I saw someone who didnt make me feel very good but today my faith was restored by one individual and Im really grateful for that.

Dire. Better odds of winning the lottery than getting an appt in the same week perhaps. Then you end up seeing a nurse and not a doctor anyway. i.e even though the triage granted me an appointment for a serious condition which required a hospital stay recently, I arrived and was dealt with by an undermining nurse who simply did not give a damn. Not supportive whatsoever and was made to feel like a complete timewaster. Husband was furious. Thanks for your help and speaking to me like I'm 12. God help you if you work for a living. These people are just not in the real world in terms of support to workers. Most doctors seen over the last 14yrs have been dismissive - with the exception of 2 female doctors. I really hate having to attend this practice as have left on most occasions feeling quite dejected and fed up. Same as others I know. This is simply not adequate or accessible healthcare. I'm leaving this surgery thankfully as it is only getting worse - which I did not think possible!

After taking on alot more patients it is always difficult to get through on the phone ,when you do there is always a 2 week wait to see a doctor which is ridiculous. Prefer to see a doctor or nurse of my choice if possible,as they are very good when you can finally see them

I've never had a bad experience with this surgery. I find all the staff very friendly and helpful. I understand everyone wants to ring when lines open, so I use the online appointment booking system and repeat prescription service. I find these are a real benefit. Happy with the surgery. The only point I have is that the chairs in the waiting room are becoming shabby.
